Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and released for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally handled the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are addressed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items requiring temperature control are packaged using dedicated cold-chain insulation and leave our facility Monday through Thursday, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

After your order ships, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with a direct tracking link and carrier information.

If your tracking number has not arrived, or tracking shows no updates within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team with your order number.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Because we work quickly to dispatch orders, processing begins soon after your order is placed.

• To change your shipping address or adjust an order, contact us within 1 hour of placing it at support@findspire.xyz.
• We will make every effort to honor change requests, but once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, address changes are no longer possible.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We take responsibility for getting every order to you in good condition:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives spoiled, compromised, or damaged due to shipping delays, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can issue a full refund or send a free replacement right away.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows delivery but the package has not arrived, or if items arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
